I want to draw ferals, but I am very much against watching irl bestiality. It is hard to come across good reference for genitals that doesn't involve some sort of health problem too. So how do you do it? Do you just use other art as reference?

Just borrow elements you like from other art without worrying too much about if it looks "realistic," and make tweaks along the way to suit your own style. Judging from your favourites you're more into stylised animals than realistic ones anyway.
Very few instances of animal genitalia facilitate sexual function that's appealing to a human viewer as-is in the first place. There's usually a whole lot of size and shape shifting along with ignoring mechanisms relatively common outside humans like retraction, baculum, and being in control of erection-state to some degree.
Add that the majority of furry-fandom discourse on anything to do with animals at all is just straight up wrong already.
I literally just look up furry art under the "anatomically correct" tag and make my judgements there, boom, nothing skeevy in my actual google search history, done.
