Requested feature overview description.

Contributor+: When selecting the "Explicit" rating on the upload page, automatically check the "Lock Rating" option. The rating-lock option can still be unchecked.

Why would it be useful?

Usually, content that is rated Explicit is unambiguous (visible genitalia, sex, etc.). Changing the behavior to automatically check "Lock Rating" when the rating is set to Explicit provides the following benefits:
1) It reduces the average amount of time spent per upload.
2) It would increase the number of posts that have their rating locked to avoid rating-change vandalism.

Since this behavior is limited to trusted users, it is unlikely that posts will be incorrectly rating-locked.

The only problem with this is lately I've seen a lot of pictures being uploaded with an explicit rating and no apparent need for it. If I'm understanding this idea properly, it would be more difficult to fix said image ratings.

According to the stats, there are only 71 total users with the rank of "Contributor", aka 0.005923% of users. They would only get this rank by uploading, rating, and tagging very consistently, and for a very long time. So I dont think that its the error of uploaders that are contributors... probably.
