I have tried uploading the sketches from the TwoKinds web but they don't get approved and just timeout. one time I also uploaded a picture from the sketch of the day on the site and that was approved. I don't upload much and mainly been a lurker. Been a user for a while but I must be missing something. I hate seeing Deleted picture in the Twokinds pool. Is it due to not being an approved uploader to the pool? Just want to know so I don't end up messing up the pool anymore.

You've only have one post in 30 day deletion.
There are a couple users who have earned the right to get their content automatically approved that archive twokinds content, it's best not to compare your own uploads to that as it will play mind games on you. There is only so many janitors, so content that gets uploaded by users without instant approval privileges all need to get evaluated by them. Patience is the best virtue to have in this circumstance.

ok. I don't expect to get automatic approval. It's just this post #3296588 is at the 30 day mark with still pending. I just want to help some for how long I have been here.

Automatic approval isn't quite the right word... It's more that their account has been granted a privilege of skipping janitor evaluation. As far as I'm aware, even if something gets automatically deleted a member of staff will periodically rummage threw the automod deletions for things that are valid posts that slipped threw the cracks. If I personally can make a suggestion, I'd avoid posting these comic sketches. Have a browse threw FA or some such for content that catches your fancy and talk to the artist for posting permissions. I've personally done this with a few artists whos content I enjoy, and they've even periodically given me access to high quality files to archive that can't otherwise be found due to an inferior platform hosting service. It's also a fun way to make friends with artists, which is always neat imo.

I'm not ruling out lowered janitor activity, based solely on the unreliable and selfish sample of my own uploads. I currently have one post that has been pending for over a week, which is well outside the normal time range. (If I upload when lemongrab is online it gets approved instantly. Otherwise it usually waits between 1-3 days for some other janitor or admin to approve it. If it reaches 5 days then Mairo or Millcore rescue it. Now we're in uncharted territory.)

EDIT: It was approved 1.5 hours after I wrote this post. Public shaming works sometimes, I guess.

It's kinda random. I've had some posts in the past that took about a week or so to get approved. Sometimes things slip through the cracks and take a little longer to be seen.

I always ask 1st before posting unless i see several posts of that artist. But if I come across them on a different site then they normally get posted from I default to asking 1st. And I prefer avoiding posting a Top Comic vote picture till after it gets changed.
