Reason: Redundant slang term. I first found out about the existence of these tags from investigating the work of that underage artist who just got banned, which I think tells you all you need to know about who is using them.
The second form has only ever been used by one user, and only in conjunction with the first form. The first form is starting to gain traction with other users.
