Bug overview description.

When using the Post Replacement page, take the following steps:
1) Add a direct URL link
2) Add a source to the Additional Source field
3) Add a Reason that is longer than 150 characters
4) Click "Submit"

The upload fails as expected, but copies the direct URL link to the end of the Additional Source field.

What is the expected behavior?

Only show the message that the Reason cannot be longer than 150 characters.

What actual behavior is given instead?

The value in the URL field is copied to the Additional Source field.
