your best bet is to bookmark a user's profile page, go on the search user page and manually search for the user or go to this site's discord server

In all seriousness. There is no concept of "friends" or user to user relationships on e6, and it's not something we're looking to add. It's an artwork booru, not a social media site. Please look elsewhere for things like this.
