So i reached my tagging limit for the hour because i was fixing posts and now i wonder if i can still post something. Wouldn't that count as tagging a post?

Worst case, that limit's only per hour, so after waiting 60 minutes you can post.

you wouldn't even have to wait that, you just need to wait until your 128th or whatever edit is an hour old, which, unless you're doing that many edits in a single second would probably just be a few minutes.
Yes, hitting the tag update limit means you can't upload posts either.
