This tag is a character type tag, and it should be artist type or just be deleted, as another tags for representing dream_mirage already exists, as "dream_mirage" and "hyper1on".

For practicity purposes, dream_mirage should imply hyper1on.

Besides, the artist appears on another platforms as "hyper1on", making "dream_mirage" confusing for those ones who search for "hyper1on".

If he/she/it uses dream_mirage_(hyperion) for referring to itself, it's doing it wrong, as that tag is a character type tag, and the tagged images doesn't have any pattern that establishes that a character is called like that.

might be meant more like a copytag or something? might be best to message the artist and ask or something.

This should be an alias, since they seem to refer to the same artist. There's no need to do a mass update either, since an alias will automatically change it.

dream_mirage_(hyperion) should probably be deleted, since it's not a character or artist. Maybe it's some kind of story setting, which would fit under a copyright tag? Though I don't see any indication of it being a setting that would be worth a tag, there's no wiki page for it, and it doesn't seem to be applied like one.
