The tag implication #45463 continue_screen -> gameplay_mechanics has been approved.

Reason: I know this is not as popular, but I believe this counts as a gameplay mechanic.

Seems fair. Went and cleaned out most of the game_overs from it, I think it should only get that if it also suggests a game over, while if it's only asking if you want to continue it's only a continue screen, no matter how dire the image looks.

Edit: Not sure how to handle situations like post #3435499, those Cuphead cards were kind of a mixed Continue/Game Over screen, but don't outright say Game Over.
