+1 I can't think someone could suck some balls without any balls.
Unless you use the figurative meaning wich doesn't apply in the tag situation.

This one I am less sure of, because there quite a lot like these, where the balls are barely or almost visible:

But even more, there's ones like these where the balls aren't visible at all because it's entirely in their mouth and obscured from view (with no internal view either):

So implication is denied because the balls can sometimes be very clearly implied but not visible. So we can know they're being sucked, but still not see them enough to tag the balls separately.

This is a good observation, one I hadn't thought of. We don't implicate fellatio -> penis or cunnilingus -> pussy for the same reason, so I agree with your position on this one.
