even though the wiki states "placed between the navel and the pelvic region", that would only really apply to characters that _have_ a pelvis or navel, so no serpentine characters. also, remember that we have characters with weird anatomies on here, where the tattoo could be someplace on the body nowhere near the pelvis and probably still deserve the tag.
