Sure. Danbooru has a few more other pages than just popular, so it probably makes sense for them. But since we are just using one it makes sense to move this around and just redirect.
No redirect to the score search though, it doesn't have the handy day/week/month navigation buttons. Mairo makes a good point with guiding users through the search, but that requires significantly more effort than to just move things.
