Only if he, himself requests a Takedown and DNP status.

It's not unusual for artists to have a "DO NOT REPOST" notice on their galleries, yet still be okay with their pictures being posted here. Some even actively upload their own "DO NOT REPOST" pictures here.

If you want to risk it, arguably, but if he isn't fine with his work here and is just ignorant that it's being reposted here, you and any other uploaders could have, at the very least, your upload scores clobbered when he finally issues a Takedown request.

However, a glance at his uploaded works from two or three years ago reveal that he uploaded them himself, so he not only knows about this site, but has indeed actively uploaded his "DO NOT REPOST" pictures here. He should already know that he can ask for a Takedown and file for either full or conditional DNP status, but he also hasn't done so. If you really want to be sure, you ask him, but I think your risk will likely be minimal (but don't cite me as an authority with that).
