The tag alias #58206 pedophile -> invalid_tag has been approved.

Reason: Looking at the tags history it's always been removed from posts with it.
As it would be describing a type of person rather then an action(pedophile vs pedophila) it would not work to have it alias to adult_on_young as pedophila does.

Also for blacklist purposes, the default blacklist would cover anything featuring the topic in question.

But yeah, I guess I've never once seen a valid application of it that isn't overridden by adult_on_young or TWYS because not in that post of the comic, etc.
