Hello, I know this will seem like a weird place to ask, but I don’t know where else to go. I'm in need of a little help. I was just on the website 4chan and I decided I would post in a loli board. So I post one image of Mei Kusakabe from My Neighbor Totoro. I then got a noticed saying that I had been banned. This didn’t bother me until I read what the notice said, “Posting, requesting, or advertising child pornography is strictly forbidden, and against the law”
Let me make something VERY clear, I didn’t post anything illegal, I do not own anything illegal, I find such illegal things to be disgusting.
I’m really freaking out though. I can’t even make an appeal until another 3 days. Will I get into trouble for this? Will I have the police at my doorstep? This could really ruin my life, I live with my brother and I don’t want him to know about the kind of porn I look at. I don’t want my computer to be taken away just so the police can look for illegal materials that aren’t even there.
Can anyone give me any kind of advice? I feel like crying.

Different sites have different rules. Here, we have cub or young for such posts. In hindsight, they banned you because they don't want to see those types of images.

Can this be a ban reason thread now? A couple weeks ago I got banned for 3 days for posting a dragon dildo unboxing thread on /v/.

Lol this happened to a friend of mine for posting "jailbait." He says it wasn't even porn, but who knows.

Not true. Those who post child pornography do get reported to the authorities. There's a no tolerance policy on child pornography images.

Well I'm still here at least. It just seems odd to me. If they were to send a police report, you would think they would send the police the picture I posted (harmless, legal loli). That would clear everything up so easily.

What image did you post? A couple mods on 4chan are real twats and flip out at the slightest furry/non-topic/humor/sarcastic post.
There is also the thing that this "real cp will be reported" is also a simple CP and almost always on the ban site.

So, chill out, FBI and CIA won't be on your doorstep for another month or two, if they ever show up.

I was more asking for the content, you said it was based on my neighbour totoro, if somehow totoro were in the picture the mod could have flipped his shit because furry.

Yeah, after I write my appeal I'll never go back their again. I can't deal with this stress. I got like 2 hours of sleep last night, I was just waiting for the FBI to kick in my door and drag me away for posting a picture of an anime girl.

Well at 12:00 tonight I can write my appeal. Any advice on what I should write or how I should write it?

I'm planing on keeping it simple, something like "according to the banned page I was banned for posting/requesting/advertising child pornography. This is however not true, the picture I posted was a legal 2d lolicon picture that was posted in a lolicon thread. I am more than willing to stop posting lolicon pictures if they are no longer welcome but I do not appreciate being accused of such a heinous crime. I find child porn to be disgusting and I would never post it. Thank you for your time."

Does that sound good? Anything I should add?

You guys have been a big help and I definitely learned my lesson about posting lolicon. Not enough people in this world can tell the difference between reality and fantasy.

Welp I have been officially banned. Thanks again guys, I have such a bad habit of freaking myself out over nothing.

But just to stay on the safe side I did fake my own death and I moved to Mexico to live the rest of my life as a beach bum.
