The tag implication #45656 neckerchief_only -> bandanna_only has been rejected.

Reason: Since neckerchief already implies bandanna, this seemed like a necessary addition.

EDIT: Oh, actually it turns out it doesn't, despite the wiki clearly defining a neckerchief as "a type of bandanna", so I guess I need to request that one too.

EDIT 2: Actually all the colors should be implied too, so let me go ahead and make a bulk update request instead.
