macro is a catchall term for all content where a character is bigger than their environment. mega_macro specifically refers to content where the character is generally bigger than most buildings. Though there is no clear definition as it varies person-to-person. I would argue against aliasing the two since mega_macro is a useful filter. Some people don't like mega sizes and some people only like mega sizes and beyond.
