In short, you'd have to enter
male solo
into your blacklist.
But do you really want to blacklist every single solo male image? Even the SFW ones?

That worked, thanks! Didn't know you could combine tags on a single line in the blacklist. I'm okay with missing a couple of images I might like, in general I don't value solo male images much.

Well, if you're fine with SFW ones you can change it to male solo -rating:s easily enough. Anything suggestive should have at least a questionable rating anyways.
My recommendation as a "catch all":
male solo -rating:s barazoku muscular_male solo
While some images with barazoku can be pairs, as part of the style they usually have a major focus on the male. If you're okay with that, you can remove it, or easily add further clarification (such as barazoku solo_focus).
Muscular male images tend to include a degree of focus on their body rather than their pose, while anything left over after this blacklist is focused on the pose.
