In these cases, the numbers should probably just be removed. Unlike with year tags, these don't really provide enough context for the average user to know what the heck they're about, especially the "use unknown" ones. And the ones that do provide enough context don't need to be tagged with the number (as text alone doesn't qualify for TWYS). These are just tag overkill.
I ran across one or two of those when hunting down years to be shuffled off into the meta category, and I think I just removed them (it's been a while).
