This is good. However, no such message appears when you try to report the image instead of flagging it. I've seen many times where artists will create a ticket to get their artwork taken down because they think that's what they have to do. I'm helping an artist right now who did this exact thing.

It would be helpful if this quote were placed on the report page as well as the flag page.

+1 for this, definitely makes sense. As well as mentioning how to file a takedown request, it should probably also tell you which things you should be using flag for instead.

Sounds good. There has been some talk internally recently about improving the current post flag/report page, because there are constantly cases where flags are made when it should have been a takedown instead. Don't know exactly how that's going to work out yet, but adding this text will definitely help to recude reports.
