The tag alias #58848 loon -> gaviid has been rejected.

Reason: "Gaviidae" is the taxonomic name for the loon family. This would probably be preferable since there's a large discrepancy in regional names for this species (loon in the US vs. diver in the UK and Ireland)

Going to reject this myself in light of Strikerman going scorched earth on genus & family tags.

Admittedly I have a strong bias against the complicated names, but in this case I think it'd be best to keep the main tag as "loon". diver_(bird) can be aliased to loon, and maybe turning diver into a disambiguation page for both scuba_diver and the loon.

With that said, if there's a strong reason to keep one of the longer names (e.g. accipitriform instead of buzzard), I'm fine to acquiesce.
