I'm trying to maximize the efficiency of my blacklist by blocking as much pedophilia, incest, and other illegal content (as in actual law violations) on the site. (The default blacklist is shit, most stuff on the site isn't even tagged properly, and it's not like anyone running the site actually cares about whether the content on the site is actually illegal or not given the extreme amount of said illegal content.) Is there any way I could get a list of artists that have specific tags attached to their art? Even if they've only done it once, I don't have a tolerance for people who've decided to lewd underage characters and the like for obvious reasons and wish to have a list of them that I can blacklist immediately.

If you see any "illegal content (as in actual law violations)", you are advised to report the offending posts immediately and have the moderation team check on it.
If the posts have been approved by a mod already, then it is highly unlikely to be "illegal content" as you see it.

Then stop complaining and tag it properly. If you see things that are meant to be tagged with <insert tag>, then do everyone a favour and tag it with <insert tag>.

Blacklisting the cub or young tag should cover most of the artists already. If you still see things you don't like, then you are not blacklisting the right tags.

you'd have to blacklist the artists yourself manually. we don't label artists based on what kind of art they make/have made in the past. if you can't handle making that list yourself I'm not sure what to say, because pretty much every user has a diffrent list of stuff that they'd find objectionable.

Your blacklist would be impossibly long if it was comprehensive.
A tip though - blacklist tags which are implicated through other tags. It's beneficial to do this because these implicated tags cover a wider range of content.
For example, the young tag is implicated in loli, shota, cub,etc. So blacklisting young would automatically block the latter tags as well.

Your blacklist is mysteriously missing the "young -rating:s" entry. I have added it for you.
Edit: It's also missing "incest_(lore)" so I have added that as well.

It comes across as very misleading to say that the default blacklist doesn't work when you remove all of the entries on it.

Not all posts with "young -rating:s" are pedophilia. I'm specifically talking about posts that have an underage character in obscene sexual content, similar to the PROTECT Act of 2003.

Prohibits drawings, sculptures, and pictures of such drawings and sculptures depicting minors in actions or situations that meet the Miller test of being obscene, OR depicting minors who are engaged in sex acts that are deemed obscene under an alternate test that removes the "community standards" prong of the Miller test. The law does explicitly state that images of fictional beings who appear to be under 18 engaged in sexual acts that are deemed to be obscene are rendered illegal in and of their own condition (illustration of sex of fictional minors).

As for why I don't have the "incest_(lore)" tag blacklisted, you seem to have completely failed to understand what I was asking about.

If I have that tag blacklisted, I'll still see art from an artist who has drawn said content. I do not want to even have those artists in my feed because nothing sucks more than admiring some art and then looking up the artist only to find out they are legally categorized as a pedophile.

If you want to protect people who looked at an underage character and decided, "Yeah, let's have this child fuck a grown adult.", that's on you. The stuff is literally illegal in nearly all countries for obvious reasons.
