The tag implication #47202 underwear_down -> bottomwear_down has been rejected.
Reason: Underwear is a subset of bottom wear, so it should implicate the broader tag.

yeah, but from what I'm seeing of this tag it's exclusively briefs/panties/whatever. also bra_down already exists and is for a totally diffrent situation.
also, for some reason, we don't have a separation between underpants and other undergarments which seems like it'd probably cause problems.
