Aliasing ohmes-raht → khajiit

Reason:

It's a khajiit.

Approved... although with some reservations. Because these two are not supposed to look that much alike. Based on image searches and Elder Scrolls fan wikis, "ohmes-raht" are supposed to be a large step in the direction of humanoid, also having a different posture, markings, etc.

However, our ohmes-raht tag didn't have any actual ohmes-raht in it. Out of less than twenty images in the tag, all of them were khajiit instead of ohmes-raht, and half were tagged with both tags. Looking through our khajiit tag, it looks like fanart is often drawn in a range of khajiit and khajiiit-related traits combined however they prefer. And that even if something seemed to have ohmes-raht type markings on a khajiit, that actually seemed to be the closest we came to having any ohmes-raht. So either we don't have any or they're being tagged in some other way. And since the tag seems to currently have no valid use, and sometimes gets used for khajiit, I'm going to alias ohmes-raht away to --> khajiit for now.

Though if a hidden stash of ohmes-raht is found on the site somewhere, I'd be happy to undo it.
