create implication chiropteran_penis (116) -> animal_penis (342866)
Reason: A small BUR to match the bat -> chiropteran alias

remove implication bat_penis (7) -> animal_penis (342866)
Reason: unimply bat_penis -> animal_penis to make alias bat_penis -> chiropteran_penis work

It would also match how we do other species, e.g. canine_penis instead of dog_penis.
