The tag vehicle_for_hire currently implies public_transportation. But vehicle_for_hire includes things like limos and private vehicles (and limousine implicates vehicle_for_hire too) so this implication should be removed.

remove implication vehicle_for_hire (1403) -> public_transportation (3016)

Reason: A vehicle for hire is typically a privately-owned vehicle service an individual can hire, which can include limos and privately operated taxis, whereas public transportation is transportation services handled by the government for the general public, such as most buses and trains (though there are some bus and train services which would be considered private operations and not public). They aren't the same thing, at least in all circumstances.

I didn't realize that was what a BUR was for (I assumed it was for bulk updating of submissions in some way) and I didn't know where to go for removing Implications. The Help: Tag Implications page only said how to add new ones.
