I'm sorry if there is a forum for questions like this, but I wasn't sure where it would belong.
I have 2 mildly unrelated questions:
On the upload limit help screen, below the formula it says This means you are able to upload a maximum of XX unapproved posts at a time.
Shouldn't this instead be something along the lines of You are able to upload an additional XX unapproved posts until a moderator approves some of your posts.?

And my second question:
Is there a hidden hourly limit for editing a pool? I tried to edit a pools description, but it gives me an error with Updater have reached the hourly limit for this action, even though I still have Tag edits remaining. (though not hourly upload limits)

Why? Apart from being redundant, it's inaccurate - you can also start uploading again if any of your unapproved posts get deleted (subject to the rest of the formula).

Yes, 30 per hour. This doesn't include creating a pool, which you are only allowed to do twice per hour. (IMO this is too low - it's the only limit I've managed to hit more than once.)
