Can I make I flash/SWF and bind a whole lot of (famous) pics in one with music behind it with Credit to the person who made it?

Most likely a no because then it would be duplicating the pic's.

IDK Is this thing short of a rubbish? - I'm just really board and want to make something for this website. And I suppose this is the wrong way to do?!

It's of course a no unless you acquire their permissions first.

It may be a very difficult task as you need to ask a lot of artists' permissions. But if they all allow than give it a go!

(If you prefer,) Here's a SWF maker/editor , you may want to read the instructions and get help first but it can mix images and music together.

Anyways, good luck on your project! It may just turn out to be good.

I don't know if it's allowed or not (not even accounting for duplicates) but I don't think I've ever seen anything like that on here. I've only ever seen stuff like that on regular porn sites that happen to not mind some mlp/furry/hentai. I can't speak for the admins, but I have a feeling they probably won't approve it unless there is something really unique about it since it would end up being just a slideshow of duplicates, but in a less friendly format (you can't just save 1-2 images you like, it's all or none).

That being said, one thing you should keep in mind is since they prefer the highest quality image whenever possible here, you may run into some problems with high file size (avoid compression either way). A couple dozen images could end up being 30-40 MB, which may start to become problematic if you get carried away.

It may be a good idea to find an image optimizing tool that can strip some of the extra information without compressing it. I use ImageOptim, but that's an OS X app and I'm not familiar with Windows equivalents, but anything based off of PNGOUT/Pngcrush should be fine. An alternative would be to upload them to imgur.com and redownload them; imgur strips the same extras and metadata and will reduce the file size somewhat, but unfortunately it does have a small (albeit mostly unnoticeable) amount of compression by default (5-10% I think), though in a flash file you probably wouldn't notice much of a difference tbh.

I got a Easy Movie/Video Software that can save the movie to nearly any video file that you want, even Flash/SWF/HTML/HTML5 and FLV. But thanks for the offer

Also do you know what Video files e621.net supports?

My Video/Movie Editor has a Image editor built into it. So in that you can compress and strip extra date as well. And also regardless even do that, depends on what Video file you save it at it will auto-do it to the images to. (Depends on the setting of the Video you choose before you save/convert it.).

SWF and webm (html5 setting might do it, but it might just be converting to mp4, which e6 doesn't support).

That works too. Just make sure you aren't compressing it too much (if you have any choice).

It depends on the server load and the size of your file, but pretty much immediately.

I don't think that's something we'd approve, for the given reasons (duplicates of already-existing images, in a much less convenient format).

You could always make a mock up of just 2 or 3 images with sound for an example, send it to an admin to see if they might approve of it. If you get a resounding no then just you don't need to continue working on it, or if you get a yes or maybe then you can finish it up.

But like everyone else said, I don't think this'll work well unless you add something to it. Maybe some cool editing, like putting it to a catchy tune and cutting on each beat, with complex transitions. Like the Ship Happens AMV, which is pretty much just a slideshow of anime clips with a theme and a good related song.
