If you really want to do this, your best bet is to practice writing in prose until you're confident in your skills, then try to make a trade with an artist, writing something for them in exchange for art for your comic. Artists almost never work on other people's ideas for free, so I really wouldn't expect that to work. Consider that to help you, an artist has to give up time that they could spend working on their own ideas or drawing for people who can pay them and commit to drawing multiple pages of your ideas which they may or may not like. It is a big ask. You're better off learning how to draw yourself, or saving up money to commission your comic the normal way.
