The bulk update request #3467 is pending approval.

create implication trading_card (453) -> card (5046)
create implication holding_card (635) -> card (5046)
create implication holding_card (635) -> holding_object (194452)
create implication card_hand (138) -> card (5046)
create implication magic:_the_gathering_card (49) -> magic:_the_gathering (2186)

Reason: *_card Means that some sort of card must be present.
Holding a card is holding an object.
card_hand
To be a card hand, cards must be present.
magic:_the_gathering_card
Honestly, I don't mind aliasing this away if that's better, be it to trading_card or otherwise. If not then mtg cards are from mtg.

Probably a few more missing, but these are ones I could find.

Sometimes, they can be lying on a table or other thing instead of being held, for example in a number of gambling games. It would still be a card hand even though the cards aren't being held in the hand.
