Not a good idea, because if there's more than two people, the possible positions for a double_knotting have a lot more options.

Also, in addition to the scenario Genjar thumbed above, there's also stuff like this:

Which are double_knotting, but not ass_to_ass.

So based on all that, implication is denied.
