The bulk update request #3514 is pending approval.

create implication slit_fisting (15) -> slit_play (2548)
create implication slit_vore (22) -> slit_play (2548)
create implication slit_fingering (309) -> slit_play (2548)

Reason: Fingering, fisting, penetration, licking, vore, and sex are all acts involving slits, which is what slit play is. Other categories such as cloacal, urethral, anal, and vaginal all have these acts implicated to them, but slit play does not yet.

Edit 1/16/2024: I removed all duplicates and left what has yet to be accepted or rejected.

Oh that's a good point. I don't think it's possible to knot without penetrating, no. I can update the BUR with that in mind.
However, most other knotting tags don't seem to imply penetration either, simply the form of sex that is being performed (ie anal_knotting implying anal, not anal_penetration), so that's a whole different can of worms.
