Reason: Part 1/3: Friendlies

As many characters from the Binding of Isaac series as I could find on this accursed site. The last two implication requests are not from the base game, but actually from popular community made mods.

1. You can put multiple BURS in the same forum post by putting in the forum number at the bottom in its own text box.
2. I seen in the list both (tboi), (the_binding_of_issac), and uh (boi) not sure if that's a typo

This was actually my mistake, I was explaining to them about this but misinterpreted what they meant. I thought they meant they were making 3 BURs for three franchises instead of 3 BURs for one franchise, and Minish must have been submitting the BURs as I told them about submitting one BUR, then using it's ID in the other two's fields.

^^^ A bit of conversation happened in the helpdesk channel in the Discord server, no big deal, I'll keep this in mind for any future BURs I do

These tags are the ones that seem to be currently in use. Dwelling on it a bit, it's probably a good idea to keep all the series tags with a consistent suffix. I'll change them to all end in (tboi) unless if there is any objections.

Absolutely no clue, but I don't see why not, as they'd be primarily/only associated with the game they come from. Also, looking at it again, the sourpuss tag actually only has one post relating to the tboi mod, so I'll change the tag to sourpuss_(fiend_folio) in a moment.

Edit: Additionally, I fixed the duplicate Bethany request, and added the alias for guppy to fix the (boi) vs (tboi) naming scheme
