I personally wouldn't upload it. You can see the individual screen pixels. But you could upload it as pending, and see if it goes through.
I think the guidelines said a screenshot is not allowed

I think that's just for anime, video games, etc.
It still might not get approved though under the no photos rule:
Photos of fursuits, statues, plushies, dakimakura, tattoos, graffiti, painted plates, etc. are all irrelevant to us.
or quality standards:
Low quality submissions: Highly visible artifacts, scribbles, low-quality photographs of traditional media (invest into a scanner, people!), "1000h in MSPaint" images, computer generated mosaics, cropped images, anatomical diagrams, bad edits, screenshots, artificial upscales, AI / neural network edits, etc.

...If you had not made this thread, you might have gotten away with confusing the janitors over whether the artifacts were an intentional artistic effect added to make it simply look like a photo of a computer screen. Too late now.

As to your question, I don't think it meets uploading guidelines due to it being a low-quality photograph.
According to the description of the alternate picture's source, the "original" seems to be locked behind a paywall.
