To style it like one on each line rather than inline separated by space.

I have always used line breaks in my Frequent tags. What are you talking about?
I'm not sure I understand the request, you can already format the frequent tags by putting one on each line just like blacklisted tags.

There didn't used to be autocomplete for the box years ago. Putting them on one line each in alphabetic order seemed like the thing to do to keep it readable.
