Aliasing open_fly → open_pants

Reason:

open_pants already has stuff aliased and implicated to it.

You can have the fly open without the whole pants, but the difference isn't that much and I'd rather have it in one place. +1

I'd like to see a clear example of open_pants that isn't open_fly. Usually I'm more likely to move something out of either tag because it's more of a pants_down or pants_around_ankles case.

Well, technically speaking you can have the fly open without the top part buttoned, and vice versa. I would probably tag the top part being unbuttoned as open_pants if I were to use anything, for the other, I don't think I would even notice unless it was penis_through_fly

tldr: open_pants, a penis is hanging out, or it doesn't matter.

Edit: penis_through_fly, not poking_out

Except, of course, that absolutely no one actually uses open_pants to mean something different than open_fly.
