I've always been confused by the use of foot_fetish, it's obvious to tag when foot_play is involved, but people also frequently seem to tag it to simply mean foot_focus. Now, sometimes the feet are focused on in a way that could be described as sexualized (especially when dialogue alludes to it), but other times people tag foot_fetish simply because the soles happen to be easily visible without even being the focus.
What I suggest: Changing the wiki entry to state that the feet must be actively sexualized, either with foot_play or by having the character present their feet in a deliberate and seductive manner.

Edge case. There is some degree of "showing off" with the feet but not enough to warrant the foot fetish tag as there is just as much focus on the genitals. I'd just tag this with foot_focus without foot_fetish, but I can see how others could disagree.
