I commissioned an artwork from an artist. The artist is (recently) on the DNP list. I have written permission from the artist to upload that artwork here despite the DNP status.
What is the process for relaying that to the moderation when I upload the artwork?

I assume you could upload the written permission screenshot to imgur and link it in the description?

Aside from getting myself into serious trouble, I could fake that screenshot. Ideally someone from the moderation would reach out to the artist and ask for confirmation.

Easiest way is you message me the details, and if the piece is public also link me the source image where I can see who all is credited as character owner / commissioner.

A screenshot of the permission is fine because it's your neck on the line if the artist comes to us asking for it to be deleted.

The line in this case is just a writing desk, not a guillotine. You'll just get a tally mark added for every post deleted.
