Depends on what you mean by "Dragonborn".

In 3.5, the term referred to a non-dragon that underwent divine metamorphosis into a semi-draconic form. Presumably the anatomy would, much like their body, be a mixture of their prior humanoid and new draconic traits.

In 4e and later, the term primarily refers to a true-breeding, tailless species of near-draconic bipeds. Presumably, they would have more "pure" reptile traits.

Regardless of which it is, you need to think of what you view dragons as being. Are they lizards? Give them hemipenes. Are they dinosaurs or archosaurs? Give them a singular penis.
D&D's dragons in particular are feline-inspired in appearance with minor crocodilian mix-ins to an otherwise standard, lizard-like appearance (subspecies-dependant), consider penile spines, exposed retractor muscles, and similar.
