Well, technically it's not...but I could easily see a sleepy tagger accidentally typing one for the other. I doubt people are using it to refer to cum_in_mouth at the very least.

...I would show a post of a goo girl getting cum spurted into her face, but, surprisingly, I couldn't find one.

It's really not. But all of the images under it really are. Maybe it's a common typo. I'm going to go ahead and approve it since the usage is extremely consistent and it doesn't seem to be used that often, supporting the idea it exists because of a typo for images which were always meant to be tagged cum_on_face instead.
