What i mean by the title is, how do i have it so my art is approved automatically? Is it based on how many posts you have or your art quality? Mostly just curious, as with my art quality its unlikely to happen lol.

To get "Privileged" status, I don't think you can apply. Basically, some admin has to acknowledge you exist and think you're helpful enough to the site to be worthy.

I would say that you would need to have consistently posted good quality artworks to be eligible for the auto-approve (or more specifically, unrestricted uploads) permission.
You don't need to achieve the Privileged user level in order to get this permission, you just have to show the admins that you can post good quality content without much supervision.

Reworded my previous sentence a bit for more clarification.

Some users do get the unrestricted uploads permission more easily because they are artists themselves who post their own (good quality) artworks onto e621.
If you are just a normal user (like me) who just reposts other people's artworks, then you would need to go through much more scrutiny before being given the permission.

You can examine the user listing filtered by those who have unrestricted uploads and see who would typically get this permission.
As a normal user, you will need to hit ~2000 uploads first.
