I'd like to ask some art related questions, but I dunno. I don't want to clog up e621 with WIPs, and linking to other image sites seems like it'd be a no no? Think I've seen some other sites with that policy. Is it?

yeah external links are alright round these parts so long as it isn't some telegram scam

Most art sites are fine, just don't link any real-life pornography or explicit imagery. In addition, don't link any sites that also hosts pirated/leaked commercial content from artists (that includes links created by yourself).

That's going to be a lot of sites by accident, LOL. I assume you mean like sites explicitly for purpose of getting around takedowns.

Getting around paywalls. There's no issue linking to images that were the subject of takedowns, as long as it's a legit source like the artist's own FA or something (images that have been taken down for non-paywall reasons still contain whatever source links they had).
