Topic: [APPROVED] BUR: fix hyper_belly implications

Posted under Tag Alias and Implication Suggestions

The bulk update request #4036 is active.

remove implication hyper_belly (14880) -> big_belly (104850)
create implication hyper_belly (14880) -> huge_belly (22400)
create implication huge_belly (22400) -> big_belly (104850)

Reason: Cleanup for belly sizes, so it is set up, as we have it for any other body part.

EDIT: The bulk update request #4036 (forum #356372) has been approved by @slyroon.

What should be done with belly then? If big_belly is going to be smaller than huge_belly (which is going to be smaller than hyper_belly), belly currently handles what big_belly will handle. Should belly be aliased to big_belly? Disambiguated for either big_belly, midriff, abs, or torso?

That's not always the case; I have seen some where belly isn't big at all. It just makes sense. There is huge everything else, so there is really no reason not to.

Those would be mistags, since the tag is specifically for a larger-than-normal abdomen/stomach. The wiki clearly says "Belly (sometimes called a "gut" or "paunch") is used to describe a rounded lower abdomen/stomach area". The tags midriff and/or abs should be used when it isn't big. If people are regularly confusing this for any view of the abdomen/stomach area regardless of size, then it would make sense to disambiguate.

I'm not sure if this helps or not, but in my mind a character can have a belly in the same way they can have breasts or a penis or whatever. If it's not there, it's not tagged, but if it is there it is tagged. And then it has the different sizes just like all the other tags.

bumping this again because it should really be approved for consistency's sake if nothing else (or discuss why not)
