I don't think I like the wiki definition for unstoppable_orgasm, it is currently defined as:

• an orgasm in which a character orgasms for a extended period of time, or is about to orgasm for a extended period of time. often longer than they might be used to.

That does not sound correct. If anything, it sounds like a duplicate for pent_up.

Not to mention the additional note on the bottom of the wiki:

• not to be confused with infinite_orgasm in which the orgasm WILL not stop.

I feel that endless_orgasm would be better off aliased to infinite_orgasm.
The only issue being that infinite_orgasm is not a valid/used tag, the closest equivalent would be infinite_cum or forced_orgasm.
