Add the replacements database to the collection of CSV dumps.

Why would it be useful?

Now that replacements are starting to gather steam, it's making the exported posts database increasingly inaccurate. I've been comparing my collection of downloaded files to the MD5s in the posts export, and was rather alarmed to discover a few hundred files apparently didn't exist online any more, not even in deleted form. Then I thought to enter a couple of sample MD5s into the replacement search, and sure enough, both of them had been replaced. It would be nice to be able to automatically determine this, both because I use occasional automated scans of the CSV to determine whether I have too many files with the same artist or copyright tag lumped into the "other" directory, and because if there has been a superior version uploaded I would quite like to have it too.
