Stuck_insertion is apparently a tag. A few of the posts of lost_my_keys (a tag for deep fisting) contain trying to fish out an object after anal play goes terribly wrong. Another somewhat related tag is unchastity, which is for chastity scenarios where a sex toy intentionally can not be removed. None of these tags are limited to anal, so you'll need to add anal to the search.

Depending on how the object is "in their ass",

• object_between_cheeks - the item is just wedged between the butt cheeks
• object_in_ass - the item is inserted into the anus (I don't know why something as vague as "in ass" is the standard)
• anal_storage - the item is stored inside of the rectum, not simply penetrating the anus.
