Hello,i saw that there are other people with this problem, the safe version of e621 loads instantly but e621 is capped somehow at 3 mbps, someone has a fix to this ?

I don't think so, it is a server-side limitation.
You would experience faster speed if you were in the US. Otherwise, you are stuck with what you have now.

You can possibly mitigate the issue by changing your Default image width in the Settings page to "Fit" or "Sample", rather than "Original", so that images load faster.

Got it, thanks, also using a vpn helped a bit, from the locked 3 mbps it goes to 8/10 mbps. I guess that's all i can do for now.
