Topic: Can privileged users lock ratings or is that something only admins can do?

Privileged users can (I can as a privileged user, at least).
priv users can indeed lock ratings. we also have access to tag scripts, which let us add or remove tags by just clicking the thumbnail of a post instead of entering "edit" mode or entering the post's page.
