The bulk update request #4391 is active.
remove implication mega_raichu (0) -> mega_evolution (10139)
Reason: Raichu does not have, and has never had, a Mega Evolution. The only posts this tag has been added to are fakemon, and it has since been removed from all of them. This implication was mistakenly added eight years ago by an ex-admin implying all mega_* tags without checking.
