change category redraw (1893) -> meta

Reason: I think redraw would be better suited as a meta tag since it technically relies on information outside of the image itself. Redraws are usually (if not always) when an artist recreates an earlier version of their artwork to display their artistic improvement.
For further justification, edit is currently a meta tag which is somewhat similar to redraw. The base image is being modified and being improved (hopefully) or altered in some way.
